The website at marblebank.app (the "Website") is operated by:

2. Licence and Supervision

2.1Marble Bank Ltd ("the Bank") holds an Offshore Banking License granted by the Minister for Finance under Section 5 of the Offshore Banking Act, Chapter 73:02, issued on 07/09/2026. The licence is renewable annually.

2.2The Bank is also registered as a virtual asset business under the Virtual Asset Business Act, 2022 and supervised by the FSU.

3. Eligibility

3.1The Bank provides services to non-resident clients only. The Bank does not provide services to citizens or residents of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

3.2The Bank does not accept persons resident in Russia or Belarus.

3.3US persons may apply, subject to enhanced checks, including verification of their US tax status, and to certain services, including discretionary wealth management and any securities-related services, not being available to them.

3.4The Bank does not actively market or solicit its services in the European Union or the European Economic Area. Persons resident or established there are accepted as clients only where they approach the Bank on their own exclusive initiative.

3.5Services are not available in any jurisdiction where their provision would be unlawful. All services are subject to onboarding, eligibility and applicable approvals.

4. Virtual Assets

4.1The Bank is registered as a virtual asset business under the Virtual Asset Business Act, 2022 and supervised by the FSU. Services relating to virtual assets are provided by the Bank under that registration. Virtual asset custody uses specialist technology providers engaged by the Bank. Virtual asset services are introduced in phases, and any description of a service on the Website does not mean that it is currently available to you.

4.2Virtual assets are high risk. Their value can fall sharply and you may lose all of the value of your virtual assets. Transfers on a blockchain are generally irreversible. See our Terms of Use for further risk warnings.

5. No Deposit Insurance

No deposit insurance. There is no deposit insurance, banking ombudsman or compensation scheme for financial services in the Commonwealth of Dominica.

6. Fees

6.1The Bank does not publish a general tariff. All fees, charges, interest rates, foreign exchange margins and limits are agreed privately with each client in an individual Pricing Schedule before the relevant service is provided, based on the client's risk profile, the services requested, expected volumes and the commercial terms agreed. 7. No Offer

7.1The information on the Website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, invitation or solicitation to enter into any transaction or to use any service, nor investment, legal, tax or other advice. Any relationship with the Bank is subject to the Bank's onboarding requirements and the Client Agreement, product terms and Pricing Schedule agreed with the Bank.

8. Trademarks and Intellectual Property

8.1The name "Marble Bank", the Marble Bank logo and all other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to the Bank. They may not be used, copied or reproduced without the Bank's prior written consent. Other names and logos that appear on the Website may be trademarks of their respective owners.
